Brandon Markiw, a proud Glencoe native, put on a clinic in consistency and composure over three rounds of competitive play. With scores of 70, 69, and 71, Markiw finished at 6-under-par, earning him the men’s amateur title.


Not only was this a hometown victory, but it was a powerful reminder of the level of talent being developed at clubs like Glencoe. Markiw has competed in the tournament since 2004.
