The excitement is building as the 29th Annual Peloton Glencoe Invitational tees off in Calgary, Alberta this week, taking center stage as the second stop in Golf Canada's SHE PLAYS GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. Played between the BC Women’s Open and the finale, the PGA Women’s Championship of Canada in Burlington, Ont. (July 7–10), this event is a must-watch on Canada’s summer golf calendar.

The She Plays Golf Championship Series features a $60,000 CAD purse and attracts 60 elite professionals and top-tier amateurs to each 54-hole showdown. Beyond the cash and glory, there's even more on the line: the top finisher at each event secures a direct exemption into the 2025 CPKC Women’s Open, set for August 20–24 at Mississauga Golf and Country Club. A season-long points race will also grant an exemption to the highest-ranked player without a win—plus, eligible Canadian pros aiming for LPGA Q-School can apply for Golf Canada’s Q-School bursary.

But what really sets the Peloton Glencoe Invitational apart? This one-of-a-kind tournament features four divisions—male and female, professional and amateur—all competing for individual titles and a massive $120,000 purse. It's a truly unique format on the North American golf scene growing the game while supporting diversity. With over 100 past competitors advancing to pro tours, this event is known for launching careers.
